Meal plan 7th October 2013

It’s been a trying week or so.  Meals have been kept simple and on high rotation.   Hubby and I agreed that we’ll abstain from meat for a week for various reasons.   I’ve added salmon to our meal plan – I was B12 deficient not too long ago.

  • Meatless Monday – date night veggie pizza
  • Tuesday – dhal, fishcakes, spicy cabbage
  • Wednesday – mixed bean chili
  • Thursday – ready-made tortellini
  • Friday – teriyaki salmon, mange tout
