It’s been a trying week or so. Meals have been kept simple and on high rotation. Hubby and I agreed that we’ll abstain from meat for a week for various reasons. I’ve added salmon to our meal plan – I was B12 deficient not too long ago.
- Meatless Monday – date night veggie pizza
- Tuesday – dhal, fishcakes, spicy cabbage
- Wednesday – mixed bean chili
- Thursday – ready-made tortellini
- Friday – teriyaki salmon, mange tout
