Meal plan w/c 28 October 2013

Meal plan for the coming week:

  • Meatless Monday –  squash and 5-bean chilli (rolled over from last week)
  • Tuesday – ratatouille, grilled salmon
  • Wednesday – lasagna, sweet potato wedges
  • Thursday – chicken in garlic and lemon, green beans, baby potatoes
  • Friday – fish pie, peas
