Meal plan w/c 25th Nov 2013

Meal planning now requires a bit more thought rather than something I can just pull together on a Sunday night.   The fridge needs to be stocked up by Saturday and Sunday evening entails bulk cooking and freezing.

  • Meat-less Monday – squash and porcini mushroom risotto
  • Tuesday – ratatouille, grilled salmon
  • Wednesday – clam linguine
  • Thursday – leftovers
  • Friday – chicken in spicy tomato sauce, rice
