After a noticeable absence, the weekly meal plan is back! I have just spent 2 hours prepping, cooking and freezing food for the week. Our meals are on high rotation at the moment.

- Tuesday – salmon and puy lentils
- Wednesday – Thai Massaman cod and aubergine curry
- Thursday – sweet and sour chicken
- Friday – leftover tofu curry
