Meal plan w/c 6th Jan 2014

After a noticeable absence, the weekly meal plan is back! I have just spent 2 hours prepping, cooking and freezing food for the week.   Our meals are on high rotation at the moment.

  • Meatless Monday – Japanese tofu curry
  • Tuesday – salmon and puy lentils
  • Wednesday – Thai Massaman cod and aubergine curry
  • Thursday – sweet and sour chicken
  • Friday – leftover tofu curry
