Meal plan w/c 31 March 2014

We’re back to meal planning again now that work is no longer chaotic.

 

  • Meatless Monday – oven roasted vegetable medley with pesto: Sweet potatoes, courgettes, mushrooms and bulghur wheat
  • Tuesday – salmon, puy lentils
  • Wednesday – chicken fajita
  • Thursday – cod and broccoli: ginger stir-fry
  • Friday – leftovers
