Meal plan w/c 4 Jan 2016

  • Monday – Thai green curry (king prawns), broccoli 
  • Tuesday – salmon, kale, potatoes 
  • Wednesday – pasta, mushrooms, mozzarella 
  • Thursday – chicken, sweet potatoes, spring greens
  • Friday – chips and ketchup night!

  1. Love the idea of chips and ketchup night – I’m all for being kind to yourself!! Seriously though, if you eat nutritiously most of the time (as you clearly do) it makes those treats all the more enjoyable! Happy New Year to you and your family.
